feeling ok today.....well,at least i am fortunate tat i don't always have bad mood early in the morning(except times when i have to get really early)....
so how r u feeling today??
exhilarated??happy??still exhausted??or not very happy??
well,i think tat we should have a good start in the morning every day so tat the rest of the day will go smooth.
so,everyone should have a good mood the first thing when u wake up.if u r feeling bad tat day,everything will go bad as well,and it's quite true.so,i think for a good start for the day,we should have plenty of rest and a nutritious breakfast.i find tat quite a number of u skip breakfast everyday.actually,tat's not good for ur digestive system.Do u know why breakfast is called breakfast??well,breakfast means 'break fast',and eating breakfast is the time where u break ur fast after hours of sleep which is without food.as the saying goes "have a nutritious breakfast,enjoy a lunch tat keeps u full and eat a light dinner."
do u wonder when is the time when u are most stressed??
surprisingly,a research results shows tat a person is most stressed when he wakes up.so,i would advise u to rest for about 2-3 mins after u wake up every morning.
